*About Us:* Alma Rehab is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services dedicated to improving the well-being of our community. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide psychotherapy and counseling services in a variety of settings, including in-person and via telephone. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and records. * Collaborate continuously with other medical and rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each client?s needs. *Key Qualifications:* * Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. * Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills. * Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload. * Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services.
