If so, we want you to join our team!</p><p>We are a rapidly growing residential renovation company in Montreal, and we are looking for a <b>Marketing and Sales Representative</b> to help us expand our reach and continue delivering top-notch renovation services to homeowners in the area.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our residential renovation services.</li><li>Meet with potential clients, understand their renovation needs, and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Complete the quoting process with clients, ensuring that all project details are accurately captured and communicated.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Work independently to identify and generate new sales opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to enhance our company?s brand presence and online visibility.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (experience in the residential renovation industry is a plus).</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.</li></ul><p><b>Compensation:</b></p><ul><li>This is a commission-based role, allowing for an <b>uncapped earning potential</b>.</li><li>Average earnings range from <b>$50,000 to $100,000 per year</b>, depending on performance.</li><li>There is no minimum sales target to reach, so you control your earning potential.</li></ul><p>If you're excited about working in a dynamic and growing industry, and you're ready to take charge of your success, we would love to hear from you!</p><p><b>How to Apply:</b><b><br></b> Please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">carine@flexxco.ca</span>.</p><p>Join our team and make a real impact in the residential renovation industry.
