*Global Citrus Group Inc.,* is a privately held company and is your international citrus specialist. Our head office is located in Brantford, Ontario and as a leading service provider representing top growers from around the world, and the premiere supplier of citrus for grocery and big box stores in the country, we are looking for the right individual to strengthen and become part of our Shipping/Receiving team in our new facility located in Airdrie, Alberta. *Position: Shipper/Receiver* *Position Overview:* The role of the Shipper/Receiver is for a permanent full-time role. This is a key position within the plant at Global Citrus Group. The work of the Shipper/Receiver is to help load and unload trailers as product arrives and as orders need to be fulfilled. This is a *fast-paced* environment requiring you to be alert and pay great attention to detail. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * To load and unload trailers or containers. * Order selection and picking. * Supply raw product to production as needed. * House finish product into coolers for storage. * Pallet strapping and wrapping as required. * Manage product using FIFO principles. * Assist in all other production duties as required. * General cleaning duties. *Qualifications:* * FLT and Power Jack Licence * Physically Fit *Working Conditions:* * Flexibility to work shifts and weekends. * Be able to work in coolers for short periods of time. *Physical Requirements* _*Strength Guidelines*_ * Be able to lift up to 50lbs. _*Motion Parameters*_ * Sitting / Driving / Walking. _*Vision and Hearing Requirements*_ * Be able to read H & S signage. Be able to hear vehicle horns. _*Psychological Demands*_ * Problem Solving.
