This role offers the chance to engage with and support creators in maximizing their reach, building their brand, and better engaging with their audience. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and empowering creators, this opportunity is for you!</p><p>As a Social Media Support Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for creators, helping them optimize their strategies on social media platforms. This is an educational and consultative role, focusing on building relationships and enabling creators to thrive in the digital landscape.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education & Strategy:</strong></p><ul><li>Educate creators on social media platforms, tools, and technologies.</li><li>Offer strategic consultation to optimize creators' objectives on social media</li><li>Analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and trends to partners.</li><li>Present relevant tools and solutions to help creators achieve their goals.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Account Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage ~300 accounts through text, phone, and email outreach to new and legacy creators.</li><li>Conduct warm outreach and respond to scaled marketing leads.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Daily Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Organize daily schedules to engage with existing and potential partners.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1 year of customer service experience.</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>Minimum 6 months of internship experience in marketing, social media, or sales, OR 1 year of work experience in the same fields.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and independent thinker.</li><li>Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with social media and online advertising products.</li><li>Digital expertise and strong computer skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social media tools and trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Skill Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Outstanding listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to overcome sales rebuttals.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a commitment to continuous improvement.</li><li>Flexible, quick learner, adaptable to evolving client needs.</li><li>Highly motivated with attention to detail and follow-through.</li><li>Collaborative team player.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>About Topnotch Employment:<br/>Being a leading provider in the recruitment industry since 1992, Topnotch Employment provides staffing services for a wide range of positions including General Labour, Warehouse, <span class="long-word">Administrative/Office,</span> Sales/Marketing, Accounting, IT, Clerical, and Customer Service.
