Education: Bachelor's degree. Electrical and electronics engineering. Mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Laboratory. Tasks: Design and develop power equipment and systems. Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements. Supervise the building and testing of prototypes. Assist in design, development and testing. Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports. Assist in inspecting, testing and adjusting electronic components. Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications. Collect and compile operational or experimental data. Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems. Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports. Computer and technology knowledge: C++. LabView. Area of specialization: Surface-Mount Technology (SMT). Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
