Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals to excel in the automotive industry.Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service accuracy.Oversee repair procedures and maintain dealership standards.Provide technical guidance to staff and assist with complex diagnostics.Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.Train and develop team members for continuous skill enhancement.Monitor productivity and performance to ensure goals are met.Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.Provide timely assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.Foster a culture of outstanding customer service through coaching and mentoring.What We're Looking For:3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in Fixed Operations.Proven leadership skills with a knack for motivating and guiding a team.Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.Strong time management abilities to manage a busy service department.Prior managerial experience is a strong asset.Why Choose Steele Auto Group?Steele Auto Group is more than a workplace?it's a community where your skills are valued, and your potential is limitless.
