We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Handle reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services and amenities
* Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including restocking supplies and keeping the area tidy
* Assist with guest requests and needs, including providing directions, making restaurant reservations, and arranging transportation
* Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information and maintain a safe and secure environment
* Handle cash and credit card transactions, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
* Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
