In addition to conventional insurance, investment and financial advice products and services, we pride ourselves in delivering preventative financial education and, where required, counselling, to support our members? financial wellbeing. As a social enterprise, the profits we make help fund programs within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community to benefit members and their families.</span></p> <p><span>SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>Under the direction of the District Manager, the Investment Funds Advisor provides tailored investment advice and solutions to current and former CAF members and their families. They demonstrate the skills, knowledge and experience for budgeting and cash flow management, mutual fund investments, education planning, retirement planning and estate planning. They analyze clients' financial records, set goals and recommend investment solutions to help them achieve their goals.</span></p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><p><span><strong><span>Education, Certifications and Licenses</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>Bachelor?s degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field</span></p> <p><span>Canadian Securities Course (CSC) AND Registered to sell Mutual Funds (MFDA/AMF)</span></p> <p><span>Investment Funds Course (IFC)</span></p> <p><span>Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) OR Personal Financial Planner® (PFP), an asset</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Experience</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>In the provision of financial planning and investment services</span></p> <p><span>In building relationships with clients</span></p> <p><span>In organizing and delivering presentations</span></p> <p><span>In providing investment advice</span></p> <p><span>In preparing written financial plans</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Competencies</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Client </span><span>focus, </span><span>organizational </span><span>knowledge, </span><span>communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.</span><span> </span></span></p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><p><span>Develop a personal business plan to ensure effective management of existing client and partner relationships with the outcome to transition clients to a state of financial security and health.</span></p> <p><span>Monitor client activity to ensure the relationship is properly managed, preventative, follow-up care is maintained and adheres to established service requirements.</span></p> <p><span>Develop and manage the business plan, establish strategies and goals including business and partner development activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with management in assigned territories.</span></p> <p><span>Monitor and adjust individual business plans and participate
