* Provide telephone support, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate personnel. * Respond promptly to emails and forward them to relevant internal stakeholders. * Concisely compile and organize previous day?s work packages, including invoices, BOL?s, and pick slips. * Report scheduled shipments to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) as required. * Maintain a daily sales journal for accurate record-keeping. * Prepare and distribute pick slips and shipping labels. * Generate weekly and monthly allocation reports and distribute to appropriate personnel. * Wage will be based upon experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.51 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (preferred) * Front desk: 1 year (preferred) * Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRuthven, ON
