*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. This role requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to achieving sales goals while maintaining a positive shopping experience for all customers. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. * Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. * Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. * Communicate clearly with customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring exceptional phone etiquette. * Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and sales reporting. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. *Skills* * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Experience in conducting product demos and engaging customers effectively. * Proven ability in upselling products and enhancing customer experiences. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
