*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative mid to senior level Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and drafting of architectural plans, ensuring that all specifications meet industry standards and client requirements. You will work closely with architects and engineers to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations. *Duties* * Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit. * Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design concepts. * Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility. * Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. * Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and reports. * Maintain organized records of all project files, drawings, and correspondence. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods. *Skills* * Proficiency in Revit software is essential. * Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations. * Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus. * Familiarity with 3D modeling software is advantageous.
