Description: The Manager of Business Development is a member of AVI-SPL's sales organization and will provide a targeted approach to developing end user opportunities and strategic alignment with named Commercial Real Estate Partners, Consultants, Influencers, and other strategic partners in support of AVI-SPL's sales growth strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a Commercial Real Estate and Consultant driven value go-to-market plan aligned to AVI-SPL's strategic business plan. Develop a strategy for end user business development. Manage day-to-day responsibilities of Business Development Specialist(s) within region. Manage a lead-based sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities at which time a quote/proposal is needed, which then will be handed off to a local based Account Manager within the Region.
