Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. ## Duties - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities - Monitor and assess student progress - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance ## Experience - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Previous experience working in a classroom setting with young children - Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively - Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults - Bilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with computer operations for educational purposes - Time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.86-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Are you looking to work part time or full time hours? * Please send us your personal email address.
