*Position Overview:*
Granville College is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the executive team and will be responsible for coordinating various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
* Collaborate with the executive team to execute special projects and initiatives across various departments
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the executive team
* Manage and maintain accurate records and files related to the executive team's activities
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team as needed
* Organize and attend meetings on behalf of the executive team, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, while always maintaining a professional and positive demeanor
* Conduct research and analysis on various topics as requested by the executive team
* Perform ad hoc tasks and support various departments as needed
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
* 3+ years of relevant work experience in an executive support role, preferably in an educational setting
* Strong understanding of office management, administration, and project coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office tools
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision
* A team player with the ability to work independently when required
