Our systems are used in aero engine, space launch vehicle and reactor applications. Liburdi combines expertise in control technology and welding processes to develop unique solutions to challenging applications presented by the aerospace and nuclear industries.</p><p>Our Company has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and mechanically inclined <strong>CNC Programmer</strong> to join our team. This position will be approximately 60% programming and 40% operating the CNC Milling Machine.</p><p><strong>Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC Milling Machine, 5+ more axis.</li><li>Manage implementation of CAM software and connectivity of machines.</li><li>Work with stainless and aluminum components.</li><li>Develop system for managing programming and logistics of workflow.</li><li>Setup and perform changeovers and modify existing programs as required.</li><li>Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key Skill Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team</li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to accuracy and detail</li><li>Ability to interpret machine drawings/blueprints</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key Education/Experience Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li>5-10 years? experience performing close tolerance CNC Milling Machining and programming is required</li><li>Experience with 4th axis Haas VF2 on stainless and aluminum components is an asset</li><li>College or technical degree is an asset</li><li>Experience with manual machining</li><li>Proficient in Mastercam Software</li><li>Proficient in using measuring tools such as Height Gauge, Caliper, and Micrometer</li></ul><p><strong><em>Application Information: </em></strong>This role is full time position, Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
