The Warehouse Manager ensures orders are distributed to the customer in an efficient and timely manner while managing and encouraging optimal performance of all direct reports. *Major Responsibilities:* * Ensuring customer orders are timely and accurate with regard to receiving, picking, packing and shipping. * Reviewing and tracking inventory adjustments. * Managing employees by providing direction and motivation, training, and or testing. * Providing ongoing formal and informal performance feedback to employees. * Monitoring processes to ensure compliance. * Providing productivity and efficiency reporting while maintaining overall optimal performance * Managing physical counts and/or cycle counts. * Continuously monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards and initiatives. * Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting as required. * Ensuring product storage is organized in a way to maximize productivity, space and safety. * Resolving day to day personnel issues where management decisions are required. * Additional duties as required. *Requirements:* * 3-5 years experience in a similar role * High School Diploma required. * University/College degree an asset. * Courses in Inventory and/or Warehouse Distribution preferred. *Benefits & Perks* * We offer a competitive salary, plus a full set of benefits, including: * Flexible benefits program allowing you to choose from options that best fit you and your dependents? needs.
