In this role, *you will work with a prequalified list of prospects*, *engaging with them in-person *to initiate conversations and lay the groundwork for strong customer relationships. You will gather valuable feedback on prospects? initial interests in the brand, their needs, and how we can best address them. This position involves *both in-office responsibilities and daily travel* to assigned locations, with transportation provided to and from these areas.
*Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:*
* Engage with prospects from provided lists, gather feedback, build rapport, and introduce tailored solutions.
* Nurture meaningful relationships, establish trust, and keep connections strong to drive interest in our offerings.
* Present solutions and complete customer sign-ups, harnessing your expertise to turn prospect?s curiosity into action.
* Act as a professional and enthusiastic representative of the company, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
* Track customer insights and share them with senior management to refine strategies.
* Adapt to working both in-office and in-field, maintaining flexibility to meet the company?s needs.
*Qualifications of the ideal candidate:*
* Strong communication skills, ability to connect with people in various settings face to face, over the phone, via texts and emails.
* Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Results-oriented, motivated to convert conversations into sign-ups.
* Adaptable, professional, capable of transitioning between in-office tasks and fieldwork seamlessly.
* Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred but not required - our paid training program is more than preparation, it?s your launchpad to mastering the skills that will set you apart.
* Team player eager to work closely with senior management and contribute to the company?s growth.
* Available to work Full-Time.
* Must be comfortable to commute to our North York office daily.
