And, injury victims in the region need more of our help.</p><p>And, THAT'S where you come in.</p><p>We are looking for a motivated, passionate, obsessed individual to lead our legal support department and elevate the work our paralegals do every day! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is detail oriented and can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience in the legal field and be able to handle a variety of tasks such as being the go-to support person for junior paralegals and completing casework while paired with a Lawyer.</p><p>This is a role for someone with strong background of office-related skills, and experience working as a paralegal, whether or not it was in personal injury law. We need someone to take responsibility for:</p><ul><li>Supporting junior paralegals and support staff by answering legal and procedural questions</li><li>Raising the bar for exceptional client experience (through rapid service and helping the legal team deliver results)</li><li>Making sure our systems are being used and processes followed</li></ul><p>While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, leading our legal support team means being great with computers and would involve:</p><ul><li>Leading weekly team meetings</li><li>Helping our Operations Manager by providing insights to ways our systems could better support our staff</li><li>Legal documents filing</li><li>Deadline tracking</li><li>Proactive file troubleshooting</li><li>Helping lawyers move cases forward to get great results for our clients</li></ul><p>We are a culture-driven company, with strong values, huge goals and a bright future set for us.
