*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various warehouse equipment. *Responsibilities * * Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company?s policies and vision * Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations * Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures * Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements * Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security * Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system * Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies * Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results * Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees * Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) * Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided *Skills* * Proven work experience as a 3PL\\FBA warehouse manager * Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices * Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives * Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases * Leadership skills and ability manage staff * Strong decision making and problem solving skills * Excellent communication skills * Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English * Must be eligible to work in the US * BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00-$94,616.57 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred) Experience: * warehouse: 5 years (required) * 3PL: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
