Our Sales Management team provides coaching and training to review promotional and problem-solving techniques: understanding buyer psychology, high-quality customer service, and building self-confidence in sales and public speaking skills.</p><p>We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Support Representative to capture an audience's attention and generate maximum revenue by using a consultative approach. The Entry Level Sales Associate is vital to delivering top-notch customer service, driving sales results, and furthering the brand loyalty of our clients. The ideal Entry Level Sales Associate will be consultative, influential, detail-oriented, and must be ready to work in a fast-paced, people-focused work environment.</p><p> </p><p>Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Present products and services to new and existing customer accounts assigned</li><li>Use company leads and systems to identify and develop new avenues of sales opportunities, negotiating and upselling when appropriate</li><li>Effectively close sales in designated territories by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers</li><li>Set sales and gross margin goals for the territory</li><li>Develop and implement sales programs, drive, and support our client's primary focus on account growth</li><li>Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, activity reports, sales goals, closings, and follow-ups with the sales management team</li><li>Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to expand revenue</li><li>Participate in-company training for team building, mentorship, and development of the latest sales trends from field and industry research</li><li>Ensure customer feedback to sales management regarding products and enhancements</li></ul><p> </p><p>Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:</p><ul><li>1-3 years experience as an account manager preferred</li><li>Excellent presentation and persuasive skills with the drive to continuously improve customer satisfaction and sales performance</li><li>Coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset</li><li>Communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Outgoing and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment to generate new business</li></ul></div></div>- LocationOttawa, ON
