Our studios are looking for new and experienced staff who can guide students while encouraging personal discipline and self-respect. In addition to providing instruction regarding technique, you must display patience and positivity with students of all levels. All applicants must have an advanced belt in a traditional style. *Current Opportunity* OMAC Martial Arts is seeking a full-time Taekwondo Instructor for our Waterdown, ON location. The desired candidate must be a Black Belt with minimum of 2 or more years of teaching experience with kids, teens and adults. You must possess great communication skills and must love to work with children. The candidate must be able to learn and adapt to our school atmosphere, curriculum, style and methods of teaching. * As an Instructor you will be enthusiastic, seek knowledge and execute competence through the proven success of our Taekwondo Martial Arts organization. * As an Instructor you will demonstrate self-discipline at all times. You will take initiative, be creative and punctual to class because you understand all parents are counting on you. * As a Taekwondo Martial Arts Educator/Instructor, you are willing to cultivate excellent habits through education leadership, self-discipline, for success in the Martial Arts business world and will conduct yourself professionally. * Candidates are expected to instruct in a conventional evening Taekwondo Martial Arts classes of all levels: kids, teens and adults. * Candidates must be ready to instruct in a Transported After-School Martial Arts Program. * Personality Qualities and Other Assets of Candidate Must Include: Energetic, enthusiastic & passionate. \* Positive mind-set with great attitude \* Confident with Leadership Abilities \* * Must have driver's license Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * On-site parking * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-13
