*Position: Experienced Excavator Operator* *B-Town Group ? Orillia, ON* _A company's success depends on the knowledge, experience and motivation of the people who work for it. Our Production Team is the engine that keeps B-Town running. Together we safely and responsibly produce and provide quality natural stone products._ *This position?s hourly rate is based on level of experience.* *Applicant MUST HAVE: Common Core Surface Minor Training & a minimum of 3 years experience working with dimensional stone.* *Availability Requirement: *Weekdays 7am ? 5pm, some Saturday?s available. Must be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. _*As a Excavator Operator you will?*_ · Coordinate with Division Supervisor, Productions Supervisor and or Managerial Personnel · Follow all applicable Company Policies & Procedures · Follow Ministry, Company, Manufacturer Health and Safety, and Operational Policies. · Operate Equipment in a safe manner, while making sure that you are maintain a safe and clean work area and ensuring our product is in pristine condition to sell to our customers. · Complete all paperwork and documentation required thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner. _*The experience and education we need?*_ · Common Core Surface Minor Training · Minimum 3 years of Excavator Experience · Minimum 2 years of experience working with Dimensional Armour Stone · Ability to work under pressure, with great attention to detail · Excellent time management, with the ability to meet key deadlines in a fast paced environment · Ability to contribute to a positive work environment through actions and attitude · Superb reliability; complete tasks in a timely manner, arrive on time every day, meet deadlines and follow through on requests for help · Must be flexible for shift changes that may be required by business demands _*What we offer?*_ · Safe Work Environment · Company Benefits · In house training · Growth opportunities within the company · Boot Allowance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Excavator Operator: 3 years (preferred) * Dimensional Stone: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Common Core Surface Minor Training (preferred) Work Location: In person
