<div><span>As a Chief Business Analyst in the Corporate Data team at National Bank, you?ll liaise with business teams and delivery teams.</span></div> <div><span> </span></div> <div><span>You?ll work in Agile mode and will be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors. </span></div> <div><span> </span></div> <div><span>In this role, you?ll have the opportunity to use your business analysis skills to help implement new technologies and make a positive impact on our organization. </span></div> <div><span> </span></div> <div><span><strong>Your role </strong></span></div> <div> <ul> <li><span>Support Product Owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliveries </span></li> <li><span>Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of planning activities for the various deliverables </span></li> <li><span>Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders with varied levels and expertise </span></li> <li><span>Model current and target processes based on the Bank?s existing mapping practices </span></li> <li><span>Carry out high level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of processes, with the help of experts </span></li> <li><span>Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their connections and ensure their traceability for both back-end and front-end solutions. </span></li> <li><span>Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer </span></li> <li><span>Make proposals for change management strategies for users of the solution. </span></li> </ul> </div> <div><span><strong>Your team </strong></span></div> <div><span> </span></div> <div><span>The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes. </span></div> <div><span> </span></div> <div><span>As part of the Corporate Data sector, you?ll be on a large team of 30 colleagues, and you?ll report to the Senior Manager.
