This role allows you to play a key role in organizational transformation through your risk management expertise and ability to mobilize teams. </p><p><strong>Your role </strong></p></div><div><div><p>? Lead the transformation of the governance and measurement framework for operational and third-party risks. </p></div><div><p>? Develop and enhance policies, standards, and methodologies in collaboration with business sectors and partners to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. </p></div><div><p>? Act as an expert advisor to senior management and regulators. Influence and support the sector's objectives by implementing solutions that optimize the governance of operational and third-party risks. </p></div><div><p>? Supervise and analyze scenarios and stress tests related to operational risks. </p></div><div><p>? Oversee the process of collecting and analyzing operational losses. </p></div><div><p>? Guide the operational risk appetite process. </p></div><div><p>? Manage the operational risk component of the corporate insurance program. </p></div><div><p>? Coach and support the team to achieve common goals. </p></div></div><div><p><strong>Your team </strong></p><p>Being part of the Governance and Transformation of Operational and Third-Party Risks team means creating value by supporting the organization in large-scale and strategic initiatives. A university degree relevant to the field and 10 years of relevant experience. </p></div><div><p>? Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of operational risk management, third-party risk management, and the regulatory framework. </p></div><div><p>? Significant experience in organizational transformation contexts and managing cross-functional initiatives. </p></div><div><p>? Proficiency in scenario analysis and stress tests related to risks. </p></div><div><p>? Demonstrated knowledge of the process of collecting and analyzing operational losses. </p></div><div><p>?
