This role is perfect for you!</p><p>As an HR Business Partner and Internal Recruitment Specialist, you won't just be a recruitment expert-you'll be an architect of our team's success. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will play a central role in:</p><p><br>1. Internal Recruitment <br>o Identifying recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and managing the entire process, from defining requirements to integrating new hires. <br>o Developing innovative and impactful strategies to attract top talent. <br>o Anticipating internal mobility and career development needs to support team growth.</p><p><br>2. Training and Talent Development <br>o Designing and deploying training plans tailored to the specific needs of our employees and the company's goals. <br>o Identifying high-potential talents and coordinating their development to enhance engagement and performance. <br>o Implementing creative initiatives to upskill employees, encourage growth, and foster innovation.</p><p><br>3. Onboarding and Integration <br>o Creating an engaging and structured onboarding journey to ensure a standout employee experience from day one. <br>o Providing personalized support to help new hires integrate smoothly.</p><p><br>4. HR Projects and Compliance <br>o Leading strategic HR projects aligned with the company's global objectives. <br>o Ensuring compliance with local regulations, including CNESST requirements.</p><p><br>5. Events and Coordination <br>o Organizing and representing Fed at career fairs, recruitment events, and other HR gatherings. <br>o Strengthening employer branding through compelling and attractive initiatives. <br>6.
