Penfor Construction offers ?turn-key? General Contracting for the construction of multi-family commercial and agricultural facilities. Our team will design, estimate and oversee complete construction, ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget. We are currently looking for a full-time *Drafting Technician *proficient in Revit and AutoCAD to join our team. This position is based out of Blumenort, MB. As the successful candidate, your duties would include: * Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using Revit and AutoCAD * Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation * Maintain contact/coordination with sales teams * Occasional visits to job sites * Attend all relevant meetings of the design team Your qualifications should include: * Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD * Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a drafter in the construction industry _or _completed CAD Technician certification * Basic understanding and knowledge of building materials and construction methods * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to manage and coordinate project resources and information in an organized manner * Ability to work well with a team and individually * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Previous experience of general building/blueprint knowledge is preferred Penfor Construction offers a competitive wage along with Health and Dental Benefits and a profit sharing plan.
