For five decades, Mrs. Dunster's has been a cherished family tradition in the Maritimes and Maine. As a local, family-owned bakery with operations in Sussex and Moncton, we take pride in our unique creations, exceptional customer service, talented teams, and unwavering commitment to our community. We are growing and are looking to add some routes, so we are looking for full-time route drivers in various locations in the Maritimes, we currently have openings in New Brunswick for drivers who will ensure excellent customer service while being responsible to deliver fresh product to stores. In our business model some drivers are independent operators and others are employees of the company we are open to discussions for both types. The successful candidate must be bilingual, as this route involves travel through Woodstock, Edmundston and Grandfalls. *Responsibilities:* * Deliver fresh products to stores across assigned territories. * Direct store sales, merchandising, and stock rotation. * Maintain route schedules and handle product loading/unloading. * Ensure accurate processing of reports and invoices. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Schedule and maintain truck maintenance. * Perform pre/post-trip inspections and logbook completion. * Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to DOT regulations. * Drive box trucks over 18' in length. *Qualifications:* * Valid driver's license with 3+ years of box-truck driving experience and a clean driving abstract. * Direct-store sales or merchandising experience preferred. * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to customer service. * Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor. * Neat and clean appearance.
