We are currently looking for an experienced & talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team under a seasoned Chef. Prepare, season & cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required. Follow recipes & presentation specifications. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently. Red Seal would be an asset. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Culinary: 10 years (required) * Sous Chef: 8 years (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Red Seal (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationKitchener, ON
