*Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement within the organization. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. * Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize performance. * Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture. * Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. * Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance metrics. *Requirements* * Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
