*The Role: *
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and enabling our sales team with the tools they need to succeed. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in education technology.
This role is full time, Monday - Friday. We are a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with optional remote days (Wednesday, Friday). You will need to be located in the Kelowna area and be able to reliably commute into the office downtown Kelowna in the Innovation Center.
*The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000*
*Your Responsibilities: *
Go-to-Market Strategy:
* Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
* Define target customer segments and create buyer personas.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
* Craft clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates Minga?s offerings in the market.
* Create and maintain product collateral, including datasheets, presentations, website content, and case studies.
* Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Sales/CX Enablement:
* Develop sales tools and training materials to support the Sales/CX teams in effectively communicating product value.
* Conduct regular training sessions for the Sales and CX teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
* Create and maintain a library of sales enablement resources, including demo scripts, objection handling guides, and ROI calculators.
Market and Customer Insights:
* Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and other stakeholders to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Conduct competitive analysis and identify key differentiators and market opportunities.
* Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Content Creation and Management:
* Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and social media.
* Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce engaging and informative materials that resonate with target audiences.
* Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Campaign Management:
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
* Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
*Your Qualifications: *
* Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the education technology sector.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
* Strong understanding of the education industry and the needs of school principals and district leadership.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
