The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:The Business Analyst demonstrates governance, control and risk management behaviors that align with TD policies and practices to drive accountability of team deliverables.You support the successful delivery of Access Control initiatives by:Participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activitiesDeveloping, collaborating and executing on tactical plans that align to the Risk & Control frameworkFacilitating communications with all partnersIdentifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader teamThe accountabilities of the role include:Support tasks related to the various control processes that are managed by the access controls team, specifically around the execution of triple validations, toxicity reviews and standard role documentationCoordinate with business, technology partners and controls teams to remediate issuesConnect with various partners to understand new access control requirementsAddress issues with speed and know what issues to call outSupport any remediation activities, as neededLead initiatives to improve the Risk & Control frameworkBuild positive relationships and work closely with key partners to establish the proper support model and offering leadership as neededJob Requirements:5+ year of experience in Access Management processes and controlsStrong Excel skillsUnderstand IT security risks, processes, controls and have the ability to converse at a technical levelSound analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and 'think outside of the box'Able to connect with a diverse group of partners at all levels of the organization to make an impactOutstanding problem-solving capabilities and an ability to collect and analyze data and provide insightsHighly motivated individual with a consistent record to deliver resultsWho We Are:TD Securities offers a wide range of capital markets products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients who choose us for our innovation, execution, and experience.
