These tasks include, but are not limited to, writing knowledge base articles, training IT operators, coordinating and assisting with IT maintenance, integrating alerts into the event management console, and processing requests through our ServiceNow ticketing system. This position may occasionally require working outside of normal business hours.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your role</b></p><ul><li><p>The role of the IT Operations Analyst is to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of processes followed by operators, as well as the coordination and preparation of maintenance plans for various teams.</p></li><li><p>Operator Support: Analyze incidents, schedules, knowledge bases, and existing processes to propose improvements to increase operational efficiency. Ensure proactive monitoring of IT schedules to identify and resolve issues before they affect operations. Train IT operators on new processes, best practices, and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Technical Support: Provide technical support to users and internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions regarding IT systems and applications.</p></li><li><p>Documentation: Write and maintain documentation, including knowledge bases, procedures, and operator guides.</p></li><li><p>Environment Coordination: Develop maintenance plans and coordinate them as needed.
