Job details
Support project management team.
Proficient in Quickbooks, word and excel.
Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, invoicing, customer packages, and problem solving.
Maintain the general filing system, keeping documents organized, filed and readily accessible.
Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and deliveries to the appropriate team member.
Responds to email, and in-person enquiries appropriately and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies.
Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages.
Other clerical duties and projects as assigned.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties include laundry, cleaning.
Be bale to work the required schedule without issue.
Possession of valid driver?s licence.
Criminal record check will be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
