*Truck Tire Technician Job Description* *Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive repair. As a Truck Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of tires for various vehicles. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. * Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. * Handle heavy lifting as required when moving tires and equipment. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair. * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in the course of duties. * Previous experience is preferred. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal performance.
