*About Us* Superior Child is a company committed to providing high-quality education for students aged 3-16. We focus on fostering the development of students' potential through various learning experiences. Our school promotes the concepts of _Potential Development_ and _Multiple Intelligences_ to help every child discover their unique abilities. We have six specialized centers within our school: Music Center, Dancing Center, Art Center, STEM Center, Sports Center, and Language Center. Our students have the opportunity to explore and engage in a variety of classes in one location, allowing them to develop a broad range of skills. As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and outstanding individuals to join our faculty team. If you are an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys inspiring children and helping them grow, we would love to have you on board! *Requirements* * 1+ years of teaching experience in Taekwondo (preferred) * Certification in Taekwondo (e.g., Black Belt or higher) * Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills * Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate Taekwondo lessons for children aged 3-16 * Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead students in both group and individual settings * Fluent English speaker (Mandarin speakers are also welcome) * Experience preparing students for Taekwondo competitions, demonstrations, and grading exams * Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to the overall growth of the sports center * Expected to work on-site; this is not a remote position *Responsibilities Include* * Plan and implement Taekwondo program activities based on children?s developmental needs and skill levels * Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for all students * Motivate students to excel in Taekwondo through dynamic instruction * Prepare students for public performances, competitions, and exams * Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure well-rounded student development * Demonstrate leadership in promoting a healthy and disciplined approach to Taekwondo training * Flexibility and creativity in teaching style to meet the diverse needs of students *We would like to thank all applicants for applying, however, only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
