The successful candidate will have an understanding of business analysis, product development lifecycle, process mapping and stakeholder management best practices. The candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering best in class interconnected associate experience.<br> <br> Position Responsibilities:<br> <br> Strategy & PlanningListens to and gains knowledge of the customer and associate experience, pulls data to analyze current processes and provides recommendations to improve interconnected store experience <br> Communicates strategy and priorities to achieve team?s objectives and goals to stakeholders<br> Develops and gains alignment on solutions using an agile approach with internal and external IT teams<br> Aids in research of competitive landscape, to share insights, to recommend the best solutions to improve business efficiency and ensure we continue to meet our objectives and goals<br> <br> Delivery & ExecutionHelps formulate, test and refine assumptions through store feedback and proof of concept projects<br> Validates current processes, aligns stakeholders on future state processes and creates user stories with business stakeholders, UX and IT partners <br> Identifies and shares benefits, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements<br> Creates and aligns stakeholders on change management strategy for stores and leadership to provide the why behind changes<br> Prepares and analyzes weekly reporting for field and leadership teams on operational metrics and provides insights and recommendations to improve metrics<br> Develops and rolls-out store playbooks, guides and best practices to drive sales<br> <br> People Fosters collaboration with cross functional team members (stores, stakeholders, IT, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impediments <br> Advocates for the customers and associates by providing insight on sales driving activities<br> Communicates effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders<br> Works with project team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps <br> Is the subject matter expert for interconnected store experience within the Canadian division<br> <br> <br> Competencies Required<br> <br> Collaborates<br> Drives Results<br> Action Oriented<br> Customer Focus<br> Communicates Effectively<br> Ensures Accountability<br> Financial Acumen<br> Optimize Work Process<br> Manages Complexity<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Experience/Knowledge Required: <br> Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M)<br> Flexible work shifts and travel as necessary<br> Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point<br> Bilingual (English/French) an asset<br> Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion<br> Strong analytical skills with experience working with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Google BigQuery are an asset<br> Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels<br> Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality<br> Strong project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
