Our flexibility and versatility on our production floors allow us to offer an array of retail, foodservice, and healthcare products *Summary:* The Replenishment/Customer Service Representative role is to assist our sales and operational teams to provide the best level of service to our customers. Manages and monitors the day-to-day & week to week commuication between sales, customers, and operations, to ensure production capacity and projected sales will be met to the customer?s requirements. *Key Responsibilities:* · Prepare daily communication with operations for order planning. · Continuously communicate to sales team on any short comings and feedback on orders. · Continuous and timely communication to our customers? replenishment teams. · Take ownership of the forecasting process and includes processing customer supply data and promotional activity. · Prepare Customer reviews as required on Freshouse OTIF performance. · Track forecasts, production issues, monthly and yearly trends to improve forecasts. *Requirements:* · 1-2 years in customer service role · Strategic Account Management and Sales Training expertise. · Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and demands. · Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment internally and externally. · Strong communication skills. · Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. · Valid Drivers License and Reliable Vehicle. · This position is full time and, in the office, · Clean driving abstract. *Working Conditions:* · On-site 5-days a week. · Prolong periods of sitting. · Plant environment ? cold, noisy, and busy. · PPE required when on plant floor. · Fast-pace and changing environment. *Salary:* · Depending on Experience and Qualifications: · Starting at $50,000 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (required) * B2B sales: 3 years (required) * Logistics: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-29
