*We are hiring! * If you?re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we?d love to have you on board. *Job Summary: * We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to join our staffing roster for upcoming activations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable and delightful experience for our customers. You will represent our brand with warmth and professionalism while assisting with fun activation stations, welcoming guests, and providing event information and support. There are three roles you will have throughout the event: *Greeters* * Warmly welcome and acknowledge every guest entering the event. * Provide details about event offerings, including special promotions and schedules, assist in locating specific vendors or products within the market, and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor throughout. *Roamers to Support with Attendee Questions* * Serve as a friendly and informed point of contact for attendees, providing information about the market, vendor locations, and event schedules. * Assist with crowd control to maintain a smooth flow of foot traffic, and collaborate with team members to address attendee needs efficiently. *Activation Support* * Provide hands-on assistance in setting up, executing, and tearing down various activations. * Examples of activations include arts and crafts, life-sized games, bouquet making, origami lessons, and other engaging activities. *Qualifications: * * Exceptional Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with and assist customers effectively. * Effective Communication: Excellent verbal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Property & Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with the property and its retailers is a plus. * Relevant Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous. * Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
