Steamworks Brewery is a thriving manufacturing facility dedicated to crafting high-quality beers and spirits while fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for skilled Brewery Mechanics to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our production processes. We are seeking an experienced hands-on Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all mechanical equipment within our brewery. The ideal candidate is someone who can fix anything! Someone who works on cars, fixes mechanical things around the house, enjoys solving problems, and working with tools. Even better if you have a strong mechanical background and are familiar with brewery equipment such as bottling lines, fermentation tanks, boilers, and refrigeration systems, but not required. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on brewery equipment, including pumps, valves, conveyors, tanks, and bottling/canning lines * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve malfunctions * Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure maximum uptime of brewery equipment * Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulations * Document maintenance activities and repair logs accurately * Assist with equipment upgrades and installations * Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and compressors * Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to brewery safety protocols *Education and Experience Required* * Proven experience as a mechanic (ideally in a manufacturing or brewery environment) * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems * Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical equipment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Steamworks Group of Companies values diversity and inclusion and encourages all qualified people to apply.
