Home?N?Plus Contracting is looking for a construction estimator that is able to handle commercial &residential home renovation estimates, interlock & landscaping estimates for a variety of clientele. Pay is based upon experience level, starting at $25 / hour. Applicant will become familiar with Home'N'Plus internal system and utilize there own software or purchased software to estimate projects for client approval. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Cumberland, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Residential construction: 5 years (required) * Construction Estimating: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-02- LocationCumberland, ON
