*5 Ton Drivers* Parkland Courier and Logistics is the reliable and economical solution for total freight movement. We are a family-owned company known for our incredible customer service, and now we are looking for new additions to our tight-knit team. We are looking for reliable drivers who are able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility and the opportunity for some overtime hours. You will be driving a 5 Ton straight truck. *\*\*GENERAL FREIGHT DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST\*\** *Main responsibilities:* * Pick and Drop freight * Lumping * Daily scheduled runs *Key Skills:* * Knowledge of the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas * Strong organization * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written *Requirements:* * Valid Class 5 license * Clean 3 year Commercial Drivers abstract - please submit with resume if possible. * Ability to lift 70 lbs. and to maneuver up to 150 lbs. * Delivery Experience required - including power tail gate & pallet jack operation. * 3 Years consecutive experience driving a 5 Ton is required * Proper PPE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift Application question(s): * MUST ANSWER: In the past 5 years are you able to verify that you have a minimum of 3 years driving experience on the type of vehicle you are applying to drive?
