Responsibilities: * Assist in the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. * Conduct property showings, screenings, and lease signings with potential tenants. * Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs. * Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. * Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates and rental income. * Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other administrative tasks. * Stay informed about local market trends and contribute to strategic decision-making. Qualifications: * No direct experience required - we will train the right candidate! * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. * Proficient in property management software. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Must have your own vehicle and be willing to drive to showings as required.
