* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
* Manage all aspects of account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
* Utilize CRM to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
* Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
*Skills*
* Minimum 5 years industrial sales experience with knowledge of the metal grinding and finishing process.
* Proven experience in account management or business development.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
* Proficiency in CRM software for managing client interactions.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
