<p><span>We are looking for a professional with strong analytical experience to contribute immediately to our finance team in North America. This is a hands-on role that is expected to serve as a finance business partner supporting the different business areas in the regular business course, specific projects, or any ad-hoc requests. The role requires a good understanding of the overall business around the different BRP brands, allowing for meaningful recommendations at the time of planning all wholesale and retail sales incentives.</span></p> <p><b><span>YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>Contribute as business partner to the sales and marketing team, supporting all sales program’s costing initiatives, while providing insightful data to support business decisions.</span></li> <li><span>Execute monthly account analysis and reconciliation to secure necessary provisions to support current and future sales programs.</span></li> <li><span>Perform monthly P&L variance analysis, followed by story-telling narratives and forward-looking expectations.</span></li> <li><span>Participate and contribute with insightful finance related information in regional business meetings.</span></li> <li><span>Identify and act on opportunities to automate and improve processes and analytical tools.</span></li> <li><span>Partner with other stakeholders such as market planning and sales area to complement the understanding of the business and connect dots to allow more insightful recommendations.</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>BA/BS in accounting, finance; CPA preferred.</span></li> <li><span>3+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis.</span></li> <li><span>Advance Excel with deep knowledge of PowerPivot and Power Query.</span></li> <li><span>Prior experience with retail operations preferred.</span></li> <li><span>SOX and internal controls experience preferred.</span></li> <li><span>Systems application experience on TM1 and SAP S/4 Hana preferred.</span></li> <li><span>Self-starter, self-motivated and enthusiastic leader with good business sense.</span></li> <li><span>Inquisitive mindset with high analytical skills.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.</span></li> <li><span>Exceptional organizational skills.</span></li> </ul> <p><span></span></p> <p><strong>ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY</strong></p> <p><span>BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
