*Full job description* Join our team at Mainteno Inc., a trusted commercial facility repair and maintenance leader, as an *Outside Sales Representative* and take charge of driving new business growth. We specialize in delivering over 30 essential facility repair and maintenance services, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Safety Inspections, Kitchen Hood and Exhaust Cleaning, and more, across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. We specialize in serving restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, hospitals, schools and community kitchens. In this role, you?ll prospect potential customers, build lasting relationships, and close deals, contributing to our success. We?re looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, connects easily with people, and takes pride in solving a problem for their clients and delivering high-quality work. This is a hunter role, where you?ll focus on acquiring new accounts and transitioning them to our Account Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. *Qualifications:* * College Degree is required, Bachelor?s Degree preferred * Outside sales experience is required. * Two or three years of experience in the facilities repair and maintenance industry is an asset. * Excellent sales and negotiation skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Must possess a valid driver?s license and a vehicle, as out-of-office work is essential * Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively *What you will do:* Drive to customer locations and interact face-to-face to present Mainteno?s services. You will be required to visit 10-12 customers daily. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service. Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions for their repair and maintenance requirements. Close sales deals and transition new accounts to the Account Manager for ongoing service.
