Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Food safety/handling skills. Wrap and package prepared meats. Weigh meats for sale. Slice cooked meats. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Sell meats to customers. Remove bones from meat. Price meat products. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Prepare special orders. Make special sausages. Grind meats. Cut fish into steaks and fillets. Cut poultry into parts. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Product inspection experience: Meat and meat products.
