Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $42.27/Hr. - CAD $52.81/Hr.Summary: In accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of Providence Health Care, the person promotes a safe, respectful, and civil working environment for patients, residents, families, visitors and staff. Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader and under the supervision of the designated Site Leader, and working collaboratively with the other Site/Professional Practice Leaders for the interdisciplinary program team, the position works as part of an interprofessional team to provide advanced therapeutic clinical counseling, education and resource services to individuals and families with, and affected by, problematic substance use. Formulates and implements treatment plans and provides comprehensive case consultation and follow-up support- LocationVancouver, BC
