Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Manage events. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Large workload. Personal suitability: Team player. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
