*Responsibilities*
* *Generate Leads & Close Sales for Subscriptions* on our website by cold-calling, making scheduled appointments, and attending expos. Monthly sales targets must be met.
* *Develop and Implement Growth Strategies*: Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to facilitate the acquisition of new clients.
* *Implement Strategies* to attract potential clients. Utilize a multi-channel approach to engage with target audiences.
* *Strategic Partnerships*: Identify and establish partnerships with companies to generate qualified leads. Collaborate with business brokers and agencies to expand the network.
* *Broker Relationships*: Build and maintain relationships with brokers to facilitate lead generation. Provide brokers with the necessary tools and information to effectively market opportunities.
* *Analytics and Reporting*: Measure the success of initiatives using data analytics. Prepare reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
* *Reporting*: Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to the leadership team.
*Requirements*
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, or a related field.
* Understanding of business expansion models or B2B sales is an asset.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
