*About the Role:*
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees. As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:
* *Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:*Attracting and recruiting top talent, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.
* *Employee Relations:* Building strong relationships with employees, fostering open communication, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
* *Performance Management:*Implementing performance evaluation systems, providing feedback and coaching to employees, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
* *Benefits Administration:* Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting employee well-being.
* *Culture and Engagement:* Championing a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and promoting company values.
* *Compliance:* Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
